Beylerbeyi Gobek Rakı is a premium Turkish spirit known for its smooth taste and anise flavor. It's made from grapes and aniseed, and undergoes a triple distillation process, with the "Göbek" (belly) referring to the purest middle part of the distillation. This results in a refined and balanced taste, often enjoyed diluted with water, which turns it milky white.
