This eau de vie is produced from 50% Muskat Hamburg, 20% Muskat Italian,10% Mbreteresha, and 20% Smederevka. Once the wine is fermented, we then distill itthrough our 45-foot copper continuous still. The distillate comes off the still at 73% ABV. The spirit is then aged through an oak barrell solera system for twenty five .years
