Montmorency Cherry Liqueur is a sweet liqueur made from Maraska cherries grown on Adriatic coast. It is the first cherry brandy crafted from cherries cultivated in Europe

Montmorency, is an extremely high quality spirit as it is very rich in involatile aromatic substance which

is the precondition for the quality of a liqueur made by maceration in the traditional way.

After more than 40-45 days in alcohol, by pressing of cherries, alcoholised juice is produced, and from

which, by adding sugar and distillates (azeotrope rectified distilled alcohol of ABV 96.2 %).

Alcoholised cherry juice is not filtrated but is rested to settle-down which intensifies the quality, flavor

and aroma. The flavor of is so vivid that the taste is like eating fresh cherries.
