This eau de vie is produced from 50% Muskat Hamburg, 20% Muskat Italian, 10% Mbreteresha, and 20% Smederevka. Once the wine is fermented, we then distill it through our 45-foot copper continuous still. The distillate comes off the still at 73% ABV. Before bottling we blend de-ionized water to soften it to 42% ABV.
