1. Appearance

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

2. Aroma and flavours

Intense aromatic expression with vegetable

notes and exotic fruits. Memories of freshly

cut grass with a slight mineral touch.

3. Taste

On the mouth is elegant, fresh and clean. It is a

wine of high intensity, structured, persistent and

round.

The grape took its name from the French words sauvage ("wild") and

blanc ("white"), due to its primitive origins in southwestern France.

4. Wine pairing

Seafood, fish, spicy food, goat cheese. They are excellent as appetizers.
