50% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle.  The blend is matured in oak barrels, on the lees and stirred twice weekly, encouraging the development of “secondary” aromas.  Nose: a generous bouquet, blending vanilla and hazelnut. Palate: smooth and full-bodied.
