Region: Cappadocia, Turkey Vineyards: Avanos, at 940–950 m altitude Grape Variety: 100% Narince Soil Type: Volcanic tuff and calcareous soils Harvest: Hand-harvested Vinification: Fermented in 225 L French oak barrels Aging: 8 months on lees (“sur lie”) in French oak Alcohol: 14% Appearance: Deep lemon-yellow. Nose: Citrus notes (lemon, orange), fresh apple, floral tones, subtle vanilla and sweet oak hints. Palate: Medium-to-full bodied with vibrant acidity, a creamy/oily texture from lees aging, strong mineral character, and a long, balanced finish with citrus and light toast.
