Doluca Sarafin Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a premium Turkish Cabernet crafted from estate-grown grapes on the Saros Peninsula, where cool maritime breezes help extend ripening and concentrate varietal character. The wine undergoes 14 months of aging in 225 L French oak barrels, softening the Cabernet’s naturally firm tannins and contributing to a smooth, layered texture.

On the nose, expect pronounced dark fruit aromas — blackberry and cassis — alongside subtle spice and oak nuances. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with concentrated black fruit, refined tannic structure, and a long finish. With ideal cellaring, this 2022 vintage can develop further complexity for 7–8 years beyond vintage.
