Doluca Sarafin Chardonnay 2023 expresses the best of the Saros Peninsula’s terroir and Doluca’s winemaking craft. After gentle pressing, the Chardonnay juice and lees undergo fermentation in small French oak barrels and then malolactic fermentation, lending the wine a velvety, buttery character without overwhelming the pure fruit expression.
Aged for 12 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, this Chardonnay develops a rich bouquet of citrus zest, orchard fruit, and subtle vanilla, while the palate reveals a full, layered mouthfeel balanced by refreshing acidity. This vintage combines body and finesse, making it versatile for sipping on its own or pairing with a wide range of dishes.
