The grapes are handled with strict temperature control from harvest to fermentation to retain the variety’s distinctive aromatic intensity.

In the glass, this wine displays pale straw with green highlights and bursts of citrus zest — lemon, lime — intertwined with tropical fruit undertones and fresh herbaceous notes.
