We harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon from our "Nashpall" vineyard which benefits
from long exposure to sunlight thus providing us with exceptional quality grapes.
The vineyard is well managed throughout the growing season and harvested by
hand. W e employ the classic 48-hour maceration method and pump over three
times per day. Fermentation occurs in closed stainless-steel containers for 14 days
with a fermentation temperature o f between 72 - 7 9 F.
